Introduction

Who we are

We help individuals, families and businesses with property in the Kathmandu Valley — buying, selling, renting and consultation.

The company was registered in August 2022, and since then we have built our reputation the same way local property companies always have: by giving straightforward advice and doing what we say we will do. We are not a large agency, and we do not try to be one. When you work with Kalidevi Housing, you deal with the people who will actually handle your requirements.

We are a small, focused team. When you contact Kalidevi Housing, you speak directly with one of the directors — not a call centre, not a junior agent who disappears after a week.

We do not use high-pressure sales tactics. Our job is to help you make a well-informed property decision, whether that means buying, selling, renting or waiting for the right moment. If we cannot help, we will tell you plainly.

Kathmandu and Bhaktapur are where we live and where most of our work happens. That focus means we know how prices move, which areas suit which needs, and how to get things done locally — from arranging site visits to understanding what a property is really worth.

If you are looking outside the Valley, we can still point you in the right direction — but we will be honest about what we can and cannot advise on.
